Building Eazio, a multi-branch HR & payroll platform for More Cafe

The Challenge

More Cafe operates across multiple branches in Dubai, and workforce administration had outgrown what spreadsheets, paper files, and disconnected tools could handle. Onboarding new hires, tracking attendance across locations, managing leave requests, and running payroll all lived in separate, manual processes — with no single system tying branch-level operations back to a consistent, compliant workforce record. Payroll specifically needed to comply with the UAE's Wage Protection System (WPS), which most generic HR tools aren't built around.
